Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to use of www.royaltui.com and to enquiries submitted to RoyalTui through the website.

Effective date: 2 July 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of the RoyalTui website and the submission of website enquiries. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website, hotel communications, security or other users.
2. Business details
RoyalTui operates under the legal name RoyalTui in New Zealand. Address: 27 Kauri Grove, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +64 49 239 4425.
3. Website information
The website provides hotel, accommodation, dining, event, guest service, price-guide and adults-only lounge information. We take reasonable care to keep information clear and accurate. Availability, final prices, inclusions, cancellation conditions, room allocations and service details are confirmed directly by RoyalTui before a booking is accepted.
4. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a website enquiry does not create a confirmed booking, reservation, event contract or dining reservation. A booking is confirmed only when RoyalTui accepts it and provides confirmation by email, phone or another agreed method. We may request further information before confirming availability.
5. Prices
Prices shown on the website are in New Zealand dollars and are indicative planning guides unless RoyalTui confirms otherwise in writing. Prices may vary by date, availability, room type, guest numbers, service requirements and taxes or charges that apply at the time of confirmation. The website does not publish prices for casino access, casino activity, gaming machines, table games, chips, betting, wagering or gambling services.
6. Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment, deposit, cancellation, no-show and change conditions are provided during the booking process or in the confirmation issued by RoyalTui. Guests should review those conditions before confirming a booking or event arrangement.
7. Guest conduct and property
Guests and visitors must follow reasonable hotel instructions, respect other guests and staff, and use hotel property safely. RoyalTui may refuse service, cancel access or ask a person to leave where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, disruptive, damaging or inconsistent with hotel conditions.
8. Adults-only casino hall access
The casino hall is a separate hotel amenity for eligible adults only. Casino gaming areas are restricted to persons aged 20 years or over. Identification, access checks, host responsibility processes and lawful venue conditions may apply. RoyalTui does not provide gambling services through this website and does not use the website for casino bonuses, wagering promotions or online casino play.
9. Consumer and fair trading rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand consumer protection laws, including applicable rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
10. Intellectual property
The RoyalTui name, custom logo, website design, original text, code, layout and visual assets are owned by RoyalTui or used with permission. You may view the website for personal, travel or business enquiry purposes. You must not copy, republish, scrape, adapt or commercially reuse website content without written permission.
11. Website availability and security
RoyalTui aims to keep the website available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. You must not attempt to bypass security, introduce malware, overload systems, misuse forms or interfere with the website.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, RoyalTui is not liable for loss arising from website downtime, unauthorised third-party activity, reliance on general website information before confirmation, or matters outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes connected with the website or these terms.
